HardCutMedia LLC (“HardCutMedia”, “we”) runs hardcutmedia.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us a note, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply, plus anonymous traffic statistics. We don't sell any of it.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, business, email, phone, budget range, timeline and message. We use it to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. It's delivered to our inbox by email and kept as long as the conversation or project is active.
• Traffic statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies and without storing personal identifiers. It does not track you across other sites.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data (IP address, browser, time) for security and debugging. Logs are short-lived.

What we don't do

• No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no selling or renting your information.
• We don't add you to a newsletter because you filled in the form.

Who else touches the data

The site is hosted by Vercel and form messages are delivered through Resend, both acting as processors under their own privacy terms. Video on the site is served from our own storage. Links to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
