These terms cover your use of hardcutmedia.com, the website of HardCutMedia LLC. They are not the contract for production work; every project gets its own written scope and agreement before anything is booked.

The site

• The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate, but video samples, client names and results shown here describe past work and are not a promise of identical outcomes.
• Everything on the site — films, photographs, copy, the HardCutMedia name and wordmark — belongs to HardCutMedia or to the clients who appear in it. Don't copy, re-host or re-cut it without written permission.
• Client films and testimonials are shown with permission. If you appear in one and want it changed or removed, email us and we'll handle it.

Contacting us

• Sending a note through the form doesn't create a contract or reserve a date. We'll reply, usually within one business day, and scope the work in writing.
• Don't use the form to send spam, bulk marketing or anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, HardCutMedia isn't liable for losses that come from relying on the site itself. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Florida law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes about the site are handled in Hillsborough County, Florida.
