You are the marketing department. You film it, post it, boost it, and guess. I give you the system: topics, hooks, a shoot plan, a posting cadence, and the five numbers to read on Monday.
You have a marketer, a salesperson, maybe an editor. What they're missing is direction. I train them in the room: how to plan a shoot day, cut for the feed, post on time and measure it. They run it after I leave.

Flat fee. Paid up front.
One number, paid once. No monthly billing. Filming and editing aren't in it; add a Day Rate shoot or move to Platinum when you want us doing it for you.
How the six months run
Website, Google Business Profile, content, ads and lead flow. What's working, what's leaking, and the plan to fix it, in writing, by week four.
Content calendar and hooks, the site and profile fixes, the posting cadence. If you have a team, this is when they get trained: shoot days, cuts, posting, what to measure.
Weekly numbers call. We keep what works, kill what doesn't, and hand the wheel to your people a little more each week.
One strategy call. One numbers check-in: rankings, traffic, views, calls, leads. Slack or Voxer between calls during business hours.

Consulting. I plan it with you and teach your people how. Platinum is us doing it for you. Plenty start here and move up when they're ready.
Yes. Then it's you and me on the call every week, and the system is sized for one person with a phone and a Tuesday afternoon.
Month one is the audit. Month three is when the numbers start to move. Month six is when your people can run it without me. Shorter than that and you paid for a plan nobody executed.
An hour a week for the call. Access to your accounts. Answers within 48 hours when I ask for them. If you can't do those three, save the money.

Within the first 60 days, in writing, if you attended the calls and did the action items. After day 60, or once the wins are on the board, the fee is earned.
